"I first went to Triumph Physio to see Mahi for acupuncture. I had started having hormone related sweating for close to two months ... and I am not a sweaty person. It was interfering with my work day and my ability to get a good night’s sleep. After my very first session, Mahi told me to expect a surge of sweating for a day or so and then I could expect an improvement. That was 6 weeks ago and I have not had a sweaty episode since the surge...amazing. Another cool bonus of seeing her...during my very thorough intake questioning she asked me if I had vivid dreams. All of a sudden I realized that I had stopped having vivid dreams... that my life long pattern of having an action-movie like dreamland state had vanished. I thought it was parenthood. "If you do gymnastics and look for a physiotherapist, go to Karen! I took my daughter to see Karen for her wrist pain. My daughter is a competitive level gymnast, and having a wrist pain over a year. We went to see doctors a couple of times and took one xray, but couldn’t fix the issue.
