Rick is amazing with his patients. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. And Theresa at the front desk is a beam of sunshine whenever I visit! I would highly recommend anyone go here for physiotherapy.

I made an appointment, which I had to wait weeks for. I am in pain, and I am suffering. I knew my appointment was coming up, so I had to go through my paperwork, I found it and found out my appointment was today at 9:15am. I phoned in, the receptionist said yes my appointment was today, and she said will you make it, I said I would be late, as I was too far away, I asked her why she didn't phone me? she said she had 40 people and she couldn't phone them all. I said I would find somewhere else. So, she is too lazy to phone to make sure that we know about our appointments. Now, I had to miss my appointment, and I have to suffer. This is not right. Now, I have to look somewhere else. I don't recommend this company. Rick has to have a blank slot because the receptionist was too lazy to phone people, this is not right!!!! Thanks receptionist!!!! I appreciate you caring and reminding me, as I am on pain killers and trying to function. Sorry Rick, you need to get a new receptionist, one that is not lazy!!! I would have been there Rick, as I am in so much pain!!!

Rick did for me what many other chiropractors and massage therapists could not. He fixed my lower back after 6 years of pain and sensitivity. One morning I simply sneezed while lying in bed and suddenly I could barely walk. I tried exercise, massage therapy, myofacial release, chiropractors. I experienced some relief, but certain movements like shoveling snow would send me right back into a pain cycle. Six years later, after seeing Rick for an unrelated injury, I asked him if he wanted to try to help fix my back issue. After a year of treatments, I was essentially pain free. I went back to see him for two sessions for a tune up in the following two years. I am pain free to this day 10 years later. Thank you Rick!

About 8 months ago I had really painful tennis elbow in the left elbow - could barely grip things or twist my forearm without lots of pain. I went elsewhere first and got some exercises, but those did not improve things. After my wife's amazing experience with Rick and shock wave therapy (that is a whole other 5 star review), I saw Rick for 5 treatments of shock wave therapy. He was right when he said it would not feel like it was getting any better for the first 3, but to keep with it. I did and after 4 and 5 I was totally pain free. Thank you.
