Dr. Kelly Ouimet is very knowledgeable and I know that when I go there she always will take amazing care of me as well as my baby. She is great at explaining why you are experiencing pain while she helps heal you. No scary neck cracking which I know many people fear about, she is always gentle but knows what needs to be done in order to heal you. I highly recommend her!

I was scared for the first time not knowing what to expect but I was made very comfortable, great communication, and my treatments made a world of difference!

We had to take my 4 week old baby to Kelly as a part of her post op laser frenectomy treatment for a lip and tongue tie and Kelly was amazing. She’s definitely loves being able to work with babies and she was very beneficial to my babies recovery and our breastfeeding journey. She was very helpful and positive and my baby felt like jello after some very minor adjustments that Kelly did, she felt so relaxed and always left feeling great!

We visited Kelly Lund as a backup while our dentist was on vacation after my child’s tongue-tie surgery. I clearly explained that we were there to address the tongue-tie issue, but felt she focused more on back manipulations. When I asked her to check my daughter’s neck as well, her assessment felt cursory, and she barely addressed the tongue-tie. This was evident when we later returned to our dentist, who confirmed that reattachment had occurred. Additionally, I felt that Kelly was more focused on keeping to her schedule than providing attentive care during our appointment. She frequently glanced at the clock and seemed disengaged. When I needed to change my daughter’s diaper, she remarked that she didn’t have a garbage and emphasized having another client soon, despite us still having 15 minutes left in our 30-minute session, which I was paying for in full. She also seemed overly concerned about billing, ensuring she charged an additional $10, and later created confusion about appointments. I had scheduled two appointments intentionally, but the night before, she frantically called to ask if it was a mistake stating she’s fully booked, even though I had emailed and texted to try and clarify. Unfortunately, her booking site’s email system wasn’t working, which I mentioned to her, but she seemed not to address the issue or take my explanation of the two appointments for both my child and myself seriously or resolve the booking error. Overall, the experience felt rushed, and inattentive.

Dr. Kelly is amazing. She has treated myself and many of my dogs, or friends dogs. The ambiance is amazing and healing. She gets the areas that hurt and doesn't follow the "chiropractic routine" that I've had with other chiropractors. Highly recommend!
