The Mend at VCMT

I had an amazing massage from one of their student interns, Yuting Shao. She was so sweet and incredible throughout the whole session - attentive, did a thorough analysis of my history, offered a heating pad, checked in intermittently if I was doing okay, and her massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep at some point! I came here for a massage focussed on my neck and back because I was experiencing some strain from being a full time student studying in that hunched-over-laptop/ipad position. I left the clinic feeling soo much better and with little to no tension.Their prices are really affordable, which is especially nice for students. I will 100% be coming back!! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I had a great experience at The Mend with Emily Wong. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, and made the whole session feel really comfortable. Before the massage, she asked good questions about what was bothering me and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was okay. I came in with a lot of neck and upper back tension from studying and working on my laptop all day, and she really helped loosen everything up. I left feeling noticeably lighter and way more relaxed. I’ll definitely be booking with Emily again! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid, relaxing massage without any fuss.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Megan is incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive to every detail. She has incredible hands and really understands the body. The pressure, rhythm, and technique were perfect. I left feeling relaxed but also energized. Already looking forward to my next session! Highly recommend!

Behrang was impressively knowledgeable and personable. 5/5 experience he is the first ever massage therapist who was able to find my lower back pain and treat it accordingly, where I actually left with reduced pain! He had perfect therapeutic pressure he was able to read and adjust to my body as well he had very helpful and thoughtful techniques and home care. The Mend at VCMT has been a great experience so far! I’ve been seeing Emily Wong over the past weeks and I feel the difference in my ability to move more looser and function better during regular life activities. I also feel relaxed after each session. Emily is warm, down to earth, and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. She does a thorough intake, conducts relevant assessments and listens well to develop optimized treatment goals. She even follows up with relevant home-care to maintain the results of the session, and I sense she really cares about long-term improvement for her patients.
