I’ve been coming to Synergy Rehab Burnaby for over a year, and the clinic is normally excellent. Anshul is the best physiotherapist — skilled, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive. Rashmi and Nicole at the front desk are always friendly and professional. However, my recent visit with Kinjal, a physiotherapist at the clinic, was extremely disappointing. From the parking lot to the front desk, she stared at me in a way that was rude, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. This was my first time meeting her, yet she acted as if I had already done something wrong. Let me be clear: being a physiotherapist is about more than giving treatments — it’s about creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for patients. Staring at clients, making them feel judged, or behaving rudely is unacceptable. Kinjal needs a serious reminder that professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect are non-negotiable in this field. Management should address this behavior immediately and retrain her on how to interact with patients properly. Everyone else at Synergy Rehab Burnaby is fantastic, but Kinjal’s behavior was so unprofessional that I cannot give a higher rating this time.

I have been visiting Synergy Burnaby since about 2-3 years now, and This place has been my go to for any muscle or injury related issues. The Chiro, RMT’s are great here, to name a few Dr.Linford, Dr. monsef and RMT Sukhraj Thanks for the prompt services always, feels better everytime I step out of a session! Cheers!

Natasha has been my massage therapist for about a year now. I am very happy with her services. She is very professional, experienced, sensitive, friendly and she really fulfills my expectations as her patient. I truly recommend her. I first came to see her with a severe pain on my lower back. After a few treatments, I hardly notice the pain anymore. She has done a great job.

Rashmi L. clinic manager at burnaby location is a great asset to your team. I have heard her on the phone and she is always calm and professional. Never shows impatience even when dealing with difficult clients. Rashmi runs the clinic very efficiently co-ordinating calmly with insurance companies, clients and staff to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. I highly value her integrity and rely on her to manage my rehab experience at synergy. I also encourage the management of Synergy Rehab to do their best to retain and acknowledge the performance of their outstanding staff.
