Insurance & Billing
For Veteran Affairs sometimes a Doctors referral is required. We are required to call for pre-approval for New Patients. For ICBC claims over 3 months, a Doctor's referral is required. Some extended Health Care Plans require a Doctor's referral as well. Kinesiology may be covered by extended health but direct billing is not available.

Patient Information
Bring your referral if referred by a Doctor. Your claim number and date of accident, if it is an ICBC claim. Extended Health infomation and I.D. Also any special reports (X-ray, MRI, CT scan). For Physical Therapy patients, bring loose clothing (shorts, tank tops) that will expose the area that needs to be treated. We also have gowns, shirts and shorts.
Appointment Types
- Initial assessment
- Subsequent visits
- 45 or 60 minute Massage Therapy visits
- 30 minute Massage Therapy visits (upon assessment and request)
- 90 minute Massage Therapy visits (upon assessment and request)
