Sharina is a fantastic physiotherapist. She incorporates IMS, manual therapy and exercises to combat my problems. I highly recommend.
After my knee surgery, I had been recommended to see Sharina to help with rehab & recovery. She is hands on & worked with me the entire session. She emailed me exercise links so I could keep up between appointments. I have to go for another knee surgery in about a year and will not waste anytime seeing her.
Sharina is the best physio I've ever worked with, and I've worked with quite a few. She helped me deal with my knee pain and got me from thinking I'd never run again to competing in ultramarathons. I really appreciate her ability to listen and make the right treatment decision based on a ton of information. If you're looking for someone to listen and really help you, Sharina is the one!
Sharina is a super knowledgeable physio. She’s helped me regain core and pelvic floor strength after having a baby. I love being able to bring my little guy with me to appointments, knowing that she’s more than happy to help soothe him if necessary while she’s queuing exercises for me!
Sharina is a very knowledgeable and conservative PFPT. She is very focused on ensuring the health and function of your pelvic floor throughout your lifespan. Unfortunately, my personality did not jive with sharina's style of care and she left me feeling more anxious than I started out. I was not sure which direction to go when it came to progressing my fitness regimen postpartum and fearful of causing damage to myself. I did not feel empowered to trust myself or my body and ended up seeking PFPT care elsewhere with success. Just be mindful that if you do not feel empowered seeing sharina, perhaps she is just not the right physio for you and that's okay.
