I have had a couple of appointments with Navjot for a knee and shoulder issue. My experience has been great. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and patiently explained to me what the issue is and what will be course of the treatment. I could quickly get in an appointment during the Holiday season, which was not case with the other physiotherapy clinics around this area.

I came here with my sister. She met with a car accident months ago and her insurance covered her therapy sessions with ProCare Physiotherapy Clinic. Even as a visitor to the clinic i observed certain things about the clinic which i would love to share with the readers. First of all the enviornment of the clinic is so neat and clean, secondly the staff is so welcoming and warm, thirdly the equipment and material used for the therapy session was neat and clean, felt hygiene in the enviornment in all the sense. Above all, i have heard my sister praising and appreciating Navjot Randhawa (Nav) the physio therapist, skills and manners in treating her patients. Even as a frequent visitor, i have ended up agreeing with her because i have seen not just my sister having a smile on her face after her session but few times when i have visited the clinic, i felt other patients too felt like home when they came out of their sessions before us. Navjot (NAV) is highly recommened in BC for your therapy sessions. Even though when my sister is planning to move outside Langley, BC, i know she will somehow manage to plan to visit NAV only for her treatment, in times ahead.
