My visit to this clinic been an amazing experience. Mohammed took the time to understand my neck pain and his personalized approach and treatments made a huge difference. He is professional, skilled, experienced and genuinely care about the clients. This clinic is very clean and maintained well. The staff here are extremely supportive and friendly. Amber at the front desk handle appointments efficiently. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I’ve been to this clinic a few times now and I cannot say enough positive things about it. They’re very well sanitized. The staff is always accommodating and nice. I’ve seen Mohammad a few times since having pain issues and he’s been extremely knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that could be easily understood, the treatment was very effective. I’ve seen a lot of improvements ever since. He genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend him.

From day one he has always been very understanding, helpful and very professional with me. He has made sure I got the helpful exercise training links for my at home exercise work and answers all my questions. Moreover has offered me the opportunity to stop in and use the exercise equipment when it’s more convenient for me with my work hours. I highly recommend him I am very glad I picked Proactive Health in Richmond for my recovery needs after my injuries

I was skeptical at first about coming in for treatment after my previous experience(s) with Physiotherapy… but I can say now, I am happy to have a different perspective. The things I was really impressed about working with Mohammad was that he diagnosed my issue, discussed with me collaboratively about my treatment plan, challenged me in my exercise protocols to get better, and really supported me throughout my journey. I felt heard and seen and I was able to see real progress. I also would like to thank Amber (front desk) for being on top of my scheduling even on days I forgot. She is always on it!
