Can we first take a minute to appreciate the fact that this clinic is open for 12 hours a day during the week? I've seen half a dozen physiotherapists in my time and Derek Fletcher 100% stands out amongst them all. Derek, on top of having a masterful understanding of his craft, is exceptionally personable and knows how to meet you where you are. He's incredibly humble and often said "please tell me if this is going in a direction that isn't working". I could go on for paragraphs, but honestly, I'd 100% experience the magic for yourself and book in! I'm sure the entire clinic is wonderful, Derek however, is the person I saw and he was amazing.

Incredibly grateful to the team at Physiomoves. From the physiotherapists help & knowledge, to the power of a massage from the RMT, to the friendliness & kindness of the front staff. All round great people. They are open into the evening which was very helpful & the facility is very clean. I'd neve had IMS needling done before, and was amazed at how well it helps. I started working with Jake Hanna in February 2025 when I was looking for someone who could help me with my athletic rehabilitation. I was still experiencing flare-ups and inconsistencies in my training that were hindering my overall progress. I was recovering from recent surgery on my knee and could barely move my leg. The doctor recommended starting physio asap and so I booked in here and I can honestly say I had the best experience. I had never tried physio and was skeptical but luckily I booked in with Amanda Wong and she worked wonders! It was her diligence, expertise, exercises and knowledge that helped me get mobile again and back to work. I can't thank her enough. The clinic is wonderful and clean with friendly staff and I would have no problem to recommend it to others.

I had 18 sessions with Amanda Wong and she is the most positive, supportive and understanding physiotherapist I could ever ask for. She took the time to fully explain each exercise, provided a variety of exercises, and made sure to push me to never give up while also making sure I didn’t go too far and hurt myself. She both accepted my disability so that I didn’t feel invalidated or unseen while also showing me that I can, in fact, better my situation despite it. Amanda is very knowledgeable in what she does and always expresses interest and curiosity if she knows it can benefit me. Part of where the variety of exercises came from was the fact that we experimented and tried out new things together, making physio both enjoyable and beneficial to me. PhysioMoves is the clinic I would refer anyone to. Rachel, the receptionist, and all the physiotherapists are always hard at work while being encouraging, organized, and helpful to all the patients. This clinic has a great, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and anyone looking for a supportive environment will be welcome and happy here.
