Insurance & Billing
Direct billing is offered to most Extended Benefits Plans, ICBC, and WorkSafe BC. Patients must provide their Member ID and Policy information. A consent form is required. Direct billing is only available for the primary insurer; any remaining balance is billed privately. Direct billing is not applicable for user fees or fees related to an open ICBC or Worksafe BC claim. MSP partially covers visits to an ND if on premium assistance, with a user fee. Extended health plans generally cover visits to an ND.

First visit assessments are required for IV therapy with specific doctors. Intake forms are required for first visits or new issues/injuries and can be completed online in advance or 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Patients should bring relevant items like a tank top, shorts, sports shoes, and orthotics for physiotherapy.
