Insurance & Billing
For ICBC and Worksafe patients, please call us so we can verify coverage over the phone before your first appointment. After that, we can offer treatment with no 'out of pocket' expenses. For extended Registered Massage Therapy sessions with ICBC, a user fee may apply. For Worksafe, we can accept and bill for treatments with a current, valid claim number. Insurance plans only allow direct billing to the primary plan. Cancellation fees must be paid out of pocket.

Patient Information
For your first visit with one of our Doctors of Chiropractic, we will assess your medical history and use the Peakform GPS method to analyze and assess your issue. We start with whole body movement and then 'pin point' the issue to the exact joint if possible. We will discuss our findings, explain how we should best proceed, and aim to start treatments on your first visit. We strive to get you involved in the plan from the very beginning. If you don't start receiving relief within the first 5 visits, we will stop, re-assess and evaluate if a referral to another treatment option is better for you.
