Insurance & Billing

More than half of our Registered Massage Therapists support direct billing with Pacific Blue Cross. To see if your therapist offers this option, please check their profile on Jane. Notably, Roni and Isaac have the capability to bill directly to a broader range of insurance providers. For services with therapists who do not have direct billing available, we issue receipts upon payment, allowing you to submit these to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Comfort and privacy are priorities; you will be asked to disrobe to your level of comfort before settling onto a massage table, discreetly covered by a sheet or towel. Using specialized soft tissue manipulation techniques, the therapist will focus on your individual needs, aiming to alleviate discomfort and improve well-being. Additionally, you may receive recommendations for at-home exercises or stretching to support your treatment goals.
