Insurance & Billing
Direct billing to most major insurance providers, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC. For ICBC claims, no user fees for approved claims (Physiotherapy: 25 sessions, Chiropractic Care: 25 sessions, Registered Massage Therapy: 12 sessions, Kinesiology and Active Rehab: 12 sessions, TCM Acupuncture: 12 Sessions, Clinical Counselling: 12 sessions). For WorkSafeBC claims, full coverage for approved claims for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care and TCM Acupuncture with no out of pocket expenses or user fees. Coverage amounts vary by provider and plan. If provider only covers a portion, the remaining balance is due at time of service. Claims may occasionally not be processed in real-time, requiring upfront payment and reimbursement.

No referral needed to visit the Physiotherapy Clinic. Some extended health plans may require a referral for insurance purposes. For ICBC injuries, no doctor's referral is required to start physiotherapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, chiropractic care, counselling, or acupuncture. Pricing Information
Body Work Massage Therapy is provided at a discounted rate by therapists awaiting board exams or results. Massage sessions with a Body Worker cannot be billed to extended medical plans and cannot be used for open ICBC or WSBC claims.
