I started coming to this clinic after hurting my back at work, and it’s honestly been a huge part of my recovery. Uma, my physiotherapist, has been amazing throughout the whole process. She really listened to what I was going through and adjusted the treatment based on how I was feeling each time. Her dry needling sessions, in particular, helped relieve a lot of the deep muscle tension I was struggling with. It wasn’t something I had tried before, but it made a noticeable difference. Kosta, my massage therapist, was also a key part of my recovery. His hot stone massages were incredibly effective — not only for pain relief, but also for helping me relax mentally during a tough time. He’s very skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to mention Paige and Matthew at the front desk. They’re both super friendly and welcoming. Every time I came in, they greeted me with a smile and were always helpful with scheduling or answering any questions. I really appreciate the care and support I received from everyone here. It made a tough time a lot more manageable.

I’ve been receiving treatment at this clinic for nearly 10 months following a car accident, including kinesiology, chiropractic, massage therapy, and Pilates. Every service has greatly helped in my recovery. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend this clinic.

They are a bit hard to find as sign is hard to spot, but they are just above coast capital, accessible by the stairs to the right shown in image Been here quite a few times already, also got my pregnant wife coming here (chiro), everyone is so friendly and professional! Service 1/1* Chiro - Dr. Morgan is most wonderful, though Ive only been to 7, he is no doubt the most skillful chiropractor I’ve seen to date! I’m quite a thick build, and he’s able to get all my joints, sometimes it takes 2-3 tries, but he makes sure to revisit and get it done in same appointment Massage - Kostiantyn is a skilled deep tissue masseuse, he knows how to find them sore spots! One small complaint is that he doesn’t talk/respond much, so I haven’t been able to tell him which part to focus on during the session Acupuncture - Dr. Jing although only visited her once, knows what she’s doing, treated my knees that’s been hurting in one try Value 0.5/1* Not sure if it’s always been the same, but I remember chiro being 40min for follow-up before, which is now down to 20min, regardless this place still worth it Receptionist 1/1* Front desk Matthew and Paige are always extra friendly and efficient Cleanliness 1/1* One word; spotless! The clinic provides insured and non-insured services for acupuncture, chiropractic, clinical counselling, kinesiology, manual theraphy, physiotheraphy, registered massage theraphy, and philates. Their office is a 5 minute walk from the Lougheed station or Lougheed mall. I initially started philates with Sanghwa Yeo but due to scheduling they were able to book me with another instructor, Eunhee Joo to better accommodate my schedule. The intention of doing philates is improving flexibility and build core muscles to relief severe lower back and neck pain. Both instructors are absolutely very knowledgeable and professional by providing customize guidance to relief back pains. The equipment and the office rooms are always clean. The staff members are very friendly and follow up with patients’ inquires promptly. Satisfied with philates instructors and staff members by being flexible to meet customers’ needs.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the loveliest smile from Paige. She always works so hard to ensure your scheduling works best for you and is so kind❤️ Uma is an amazing physiotherapist who has been working with my mother and puts a lot of care into her work. I have seen magnificent improvements for my mother’s health over the months thanks to her hard work, expertise, and experience. Mei is the best massage therapist 🥰 so sweet and makes you feel at home! She really customizes her sessions according to your needs and I always feel so refreshed after. I have to fight falling asleep because it’s so relaxing! Highly reccomend this clinic to anyone looking for wonderful care provided by a team of educated and compassionate people. Thank you so much!!
