Saw Steven today and can’t say enough about him. He was so pleasant and understanding. He took his time explaining what was happening and going over my treatment options . I came from Peachland to Penticton to find him as he treated my partner a few years ago in West Kelowna and he told me how much he helped him . I left there feeling I was getting on road to recovery after my visit .

Terrific Physiotherapist! Steven is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. He really listens to you, doesn't jump to conclusions. Then comes up with a thorough treatment plan. He's helped both me and my husband through some physical difficulties with excellent results. He is a trusted member of our health care team! And as previous posters have noted - he has an excellent booking and payment platform - communicates directly with your insurance company and sends notices of appointments booked and reminders etc. In addition he emails you videos of the exercises he wants you to do, along with concise audio instructions. Overall, exceptional service and experience. Highly recommended.
