Best Chiropractor ever!!!! I lived in Penticton and Dr. Berry saved my neck, seriously, never believed in chiropractors before, but he is amazing!!. I am now in Nanaimo and sought out a new chiropractor, he would not touch me until he got exrays $170 later, then put a treatment plan together at next appointment (still did not adjust me). the treatment plan would be $1800. up front, and the supplements he wanted me to take were extra $. so all in all about $2,000. 3d appointment he finally adjusted me $27.00 and now I am worse off!!! My lower back is so sore, and the pain goes down my left leg. I wish I could see Dr. Berry now., I miss my chiropractor!!

Hands down the best chiropractic clinic in town. On top of reasonable prices, the staff are always amazing and the Dr's are very skilled. I have been going to Tamara Kornelsen for a few years now, and am always in better condition after I leave. Partly because we laugh a lot, but mostly because she cares for my body from head to toe. She has so much compassion and is truly just a wonderful human. Bonus points for being a pet friendly clinic! Thank you for everything you do OCC ❤️

I want to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with your service. The initial appointment, which cost $90, started 20+ minutes late and lasted only five minutes. Despite mentioning that my dog has neck issues, there was no standard neck examination to assess the range of motion and cervical of the spine extension. Additionally, there was no adjustment to the neck or examination of the angle of the mandible space or TMJ for the jaw issue I mentioned, even after I noted tightness on the left side. Most importantly, there was no visible result (such as a shake) following the adjustment. After the brief session, there was no communication or explanation about the procedure or next steps; the chiropractor left us in the room and moved on to the next late appointment without asking if I had any further questions. The focus seemed to be solely on scheduling the next visit rather than addressing my concerns or explaining the outcomes of the session. While I understand the value of expertise, the lack of thorough examination, communication, and follow-up in this case left me questioning the justification for the $90 fee. With so much information available nowadays, it's clear that clients can differentiate between good and subpar services. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other clients.

Dr. Tamara Kornelson helped me to live an active lifestyle again. I was in a work place accident and she got me from limping to working normally again. I highly recommend her to anyone who would like to heal.
