Samuel was fantastic! He treated my 14-year-old daughter for a volleyball injury and did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and gave her strengthening exercises that really helped. Highly recommend!
Dec 9/ 2025. Now, it's been almost 4 months of PT with Joel and by all accounts, my postoperative rehabilitation has gone very well. Joel is a personable and effective professional with good communication skills. Sep 9/2025. Today was my first follow-up appointment with Joel. He assessed my progress, validated my effort and updated my PT exercises. I find him to be an effective communicator and an encouraging Physiotherapist. Aug 26/2025. This was my first appointment with Joel. He was personable, responsive to my questions and focused on assessing my PT needs. Joel provided an initial treatment plan for me that I think is reasonable. I found it to be a positive first meeting.
Our family have all had such great experiences working with the staff at Motivated. From the moment you walk in the door and throughout your treatment, the staff are all very kind and knowledgeable, working with you to obtain the best results possible. Would highly recommend them for their expertise.
We had such a wonderful experience with Roseanne, the physiotherapist at Motivated Health & Performance. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, while also being warm and approachable. She listened to my son’s descriptions and concerns, and from there provided a detailed assessment followed by a clear treatment plan. It was evident she cared about addressing his needs in the best possible way. We are so grateful for her expertise and the time she took with us. We highly recommend Roseanne to anyone looking for outstanding physiotherapy care.
Been coming to Motivate Health and Performance for two months now. Braedon Ballance was my assigned Therapist. I had reconstructive wrist surgery and have minimal use of my hand. In two months, and a lot of therapy we have come far. I have worked with Braedon and found his therapy sessions to be effective in my recovery. He answers all my inquiries and with the online account system they run I found everything easy to deal with. My appointments are uploaded, my appointments are texted and emailed to me, with text reminders of my schedule. They also upload detailed home therapy stretch and workout sessions I can use to complete at home. Nothing but professionalism!
