All First Appointments should be prepared to make payment day of appointment. A receipt will be issued once payment is made. Only claims that are immediately processed qualify for Direct-Billing. Any unsuccessful Direct Billing claims must be paid by the patient. All balances should be reconciled within 24-hours.
