Insurance & Billing
ICBC: Initial assessment and subsequent appointments are 100% covered, no user fees, except for massage therapy. WCB: First 15 Physiotherapy visits within an eight-week period are covered. Pre-approval for Physiotherapy (25 visits), Active Rehabilitation (12 visits), Chiropractic (25 visits), Registered Massage Therapy (12 visits), Acupuncture (12 visits) for accidents within a three-month period. No MD referral required for ICBC and WCB, but an active claim number, adjuster contact, and date of accident are needed for ICBC. For WCB, an approved claim number is required prior to the first visit.
