Patient Information
Upon arrival, patients are greeted and introduced to the practice. Intake paperwork is completed, followed by a one-on-one consultation to discuss health history, current well-being, and health goals. A non-invasive physical examination includes a digital posture assessment, COREscore™ report, INSiGHT™ scanner for nerve root irritation, and a heart rate variability (HRV) test. A report of findings is reviewed, and an individualized chiropractic adjustment is performed.
