Inspine Therapy - Langley

My daughter and I have been doing duet Pilates with Neema for about six months now, and we’ve been really happy with the experience. She’s very thoughtful and attentive. Neema always makes sure we’re moving correctly so we don’t get hurt, and she adjusts things to match our pace. We’ve both noticed a big improvement in our flexibility and overall strength. We always leave her class feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!

I was so looking forward to its grand opening in Langley as I heard many great things about Inspine in other locations and Langley location is so much closer to me. I had my first intro class with the owner Erika and I was blown away with her professionalism & depth of knowledge. I started my Pilates journey last year and have been going to Inspine Pilates ever since. Neema, who began covering for my previous instructor in December 2024, has been an amazing instructor. She always tailors each session to suit my body’s needs and current condition. She's very attentive and ensures that my shoulder pain doesn’t flare up during or after our sessions. Neema is incredibly understanding and supportive, and she’s helped me make real progress. I have so much fun in every class with her, and I always look forward to the next one!

Neema is a fantastic Pilates instructor—attentive, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. She takes the time to understand my back issues and always offers personalized modifications and exercises that are both effective and safe. Her sessions are not only tailored to my needs but also fun and enjoyable, which keeps me motivated to show up and push myself. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and confidence thanks to her thoughtful guidance.

This is my first time taking Pilates lesson and I enjoyed ever part of it. The Pilates session is catered to your needs and your body. The teachers are great and professional, front desk Ella is also welcoming and accommodating ! I highly recommend coming here.
