I made the exciting move from Nova Scotia to beautiful British Columbia in search of outdoor adventure and a vibrant community. With a passion for helping my patients regain their mobility, I specialize in using the Integrated Systems Model to diagnose movement impairments. My approach combines manual therapy and dry needling to effectively address issues and facilitate recovery.

I am a wild soul who loves to wander. Whether it’s wandering the local trails, traveling the world with my husband, or walking alongside you on the journey with your body. My approach is integrative, inclusive and trauma informed. It’s my goal to create an environment where you feel safe to navigate your pain and step back into harmony and wholeness with all of who you are – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. I am also a Holistic Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Birth & Postpartum Doula and a Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I choose an acupuncture style that is calm, gentle and supportive. I care for my patients by focusing on the interconnectedness of their body, mind, and spirit.

Originally from the Alberta prairies, I fell in love with B.C.’s wild beauty while completing my post-secondary studies in Nelson. I spent summers back home fighting wildfires until I could make the move permanent, and now proudly call the Okanagan home. I love the active lifestyle this region offers, and I spend my free time paddleboarding, hiking, biking, skiing, and working toward my goal of summiting some of the world’s tallest peaks.

After discovering my passion for health and fitness through working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, I decided to complete my Exercise Science degree at UBCO to further the realm of people I am able to help.
