Thanks to old age (almost 50!!), COVID (working from home) and general laziness, I found myself with a number of aches and pains. Tried massage, which worked to a degree, and physio, which was less successful. Went to Guang Zhou Herbs Plus for acupuncture and found relief right away with my lower back pain and frozen shoulder. Gets better with each treatment. Owner is friendly and the place is spotless. Highly recommend!

This Chinese herbalist has genuinely helped me on several occasions with pain relief and immune system boosting. Examination is free, and herbs are very reasonably priced for their effectiveness. You can get rid of your cold entirely for $30, and get a month's worth of chronic pain relief for $10. Well worth the visits. I have not tried the acupuncture, just because I'm scared of needles. However, this is a very pleasant, quiet, low key clinic, and I find both their herbal pill and herbal teas to be very effective. The herbalist seems very insightful about your health problem, with a simple exam. The atmosphere is like visiting an old fashioned library or country store, rather than clinical.
