Insurance & Billing
Direct billing is available for most insurance providers under the Telus Health umbrella, such as Canada Life. Direct billing is not available for Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, or Sun Life at this time. A detailed receipt will be provided for self-submission with these providers. For Athletic Therapy, direct billing is available with most insurance providers under the Telus Health umbrella, such as Canada Life. Direct billing is still not available for Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, or Sun Life at this time. For IV Nutrient Therapy, IVs are billed as naturopathic medical services and/or under your "health spending account". We also offer direct billing. For Naturopathic Medicine, direct billing is offered for most insurance companies. Please inquire at the front desk to confirm whether we are set-up for your provider if it's not included in the list. For Massage Therapy, direct billing is available. Contact your provider to find out if your insurance is authorized for direct billing.

Patients will receive an email to fill out an intake form prior to their appointment, covering health history, contact information, and insurance details. If forms are completed in advance, arrive a few minutes prior to the appointment. If filling out at the clinic, arrive at least fifteen minutes prior.

Accessibility
The clinic is located in a heritage building and is not wheelchair accessible due to a small flight of stairs. There are four steps downward from the lobby to the first-floor treatment rooms, and one flight of stairs upward to the second floor.
