I recently had a massage with Paul, RMT, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Paul’s approach was both professional and intuitive, he knew just how to ease the tension in my muscles while creating a deeply relaxing experience. His technique was smooth and attentive, and I appreciated how he checked in to make sure the pressure was just right. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and completely refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had my first craniosacral treatment with Naomi yesterday, it was super educational and beyond relaxing. I went in with limited education behind it, and left extremely fulfilled and ive never experienced my nervous system this relaxed. I cant wait to integrate this into my regular routine.

Love this place. Definitely recommend! The space is clean and all the staff are friendly. They also can get you in quick and have immediate availability (usually), because they are well staffed. Suzanna does a wonderful job always and Shay was awesome as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
