I had a lower back spasm and visited Everybody Wellness Clinic. I must say it was worth it, my pain reduced significantly, Cody was extremely attentive to my pain points and constantly communicating with me by asking me if I was okay to continue. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for professional RMT help!
Fantastic team all around, have been going to this clinic weekly for several years now. Mahi the receptionist is kind, patient and very efficient at her job (please give her a raise). The RMTs Paul, Cody and Shane are professional, funny, and respectful. Keep up the good work.
I’m leaving this review even though I never ended up visiting the clinic, because the experience before the appointment was enough to lose my trust. On December 11 at around 3:30 PM, I booked a 45-minute RMT appointment for December 24 at 11:00 AM. The booking went through successfully and I received a confirmation email. I specifically chose this clinic because it was close to my workplace and I was trying to use my last remaining insurance benefit before it expired. However, the day before my appointment—on December 23 at 4:28 PM—I received a call from the clinic. I assumed it was a routine confirmation call, but I was told they would not be open the next day and that my appointment had to be cancelled. No alternative options were offered (such as rescheduling or another available provider), and no clear explanation was provided—just that it needed to be cancelled. Because it was already the afternoon of December 23, finding another RMT appointment on such short notice was practically impossible. As a result, I lost my last remaining benefit and the opportunity cost of planning around that booking. Apparently, they don’t think the customer’s time is as valuable as their own. Unfortunately, this was my first interaction with the clinic, and it caused me to lose trust before even stepping through the door.
