Owner and Founder of Epoch Integrated Health, Olli is a second-generation massage therapist with a background in junior hockey. He is trained in Swedish Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint mobilization, and Pregnancy Massage. He believes in a holistic and hands-on approach, incorporating active homecare modalities and focusing on treating patients with acute, chronic pain and dysfunction.

Karm is a Registered Massage Therapist focused on personalized care to assist patients in reaching optimal health. She looks for the root cause of problems while addressing symptoms for immediate relief, using a mix of Swedish techniques, Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue modalities, and Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques. She has a passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Meexay is a graduate of the CDI College Massage Therapy program with a strong background in sports. He offers clinical-based treatments for issues including headaches from muscle tension, neck, back, and shoulder pain, lower back pain, and lower body conditions. He is proficient in Swedish Massage, Petrissage, Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, PNF, and Joint Mobilization.

Shelby graduated from CDI South Surrey with clinical experience working with patients. With a background as a Healthcare Assistant and in Gym/Fitness, she focuses on helping people with systemic and/or sport injuries and conditions. She utilizes Swedish, manual and active techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, and neuromuscular facilitation.

Samantha graduated from CDI’s Registered Massage Therapy program. Her treatment style includes deep tissue, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage, with treatment plans uniquely tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

Melissa creates individualized treatment plans using a variety of techniques tailored to each person’s needs, including Swedish techniques, myofascial release, and joint mobilization. She values open communication and takes the time to understand your personal goals.

Max is a recent graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy College. He is proficient in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobilizations. He has an interest in using guided breathing and meditation in his treatments and has a particular interest in muscle-borne headaches and migraines.

Aimee graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She felt the holistic approach of massage therapy is key to helping people achieve their goals, as it not only focuses on the physical aspect of healing, but the mental aspect as well.

Karen likes to incorporate deep tissue and relaxation methods into her treatments to help improve Range of Motion, Mood and overall health. She gained her knowledge as an RMT at the well established Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Taylor is a graduate of Langara College’s RMT Program. She is passionate about helping you reach the best version of yourself and believes that whole body wellness takes awareness, time and care. She believes each treatment should be specific and thoughtfully designed for each individual patient.

Simerpreet is a registered massage therapist with experience working with patients with sports injuries, pre-and post-partum, and seniors. She graduated from Humber College and obtained a bachelor’s degree in health science. She believes in the holistic approach to health where the body is treated as a whole unit.

Candace is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy’s 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program. She is also certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT), Lymph taping and Graston’s technique.

Katherine believes that anyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether they are recovering from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, or simply looking to maintain their general wellbeing. Her treatment modalities include Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching.

Justin’s areas of expertise are trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, active neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, swedish massage, and petrissage massage. This allows him to address a wide range of conditions, restoring strength and mobility, while reducing muscle tension to promote overall wellbeing.

Kyle's treatments vary from patient to patient, consisting of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, joint mobilizations and myofascial release. He is devoted to getting his patients back to doing the things they love, pain free.

Avi is a Registered Massage Therapist who utilizes a combination of various modalities such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point release therapy and active release therapy. She is passionate about helping athletes enhance their performance, whether in maintenance or rehabilitation. In addition, she has an interest in working with patients who suffer from headaches, overuse injuries and injuries post motor vehicle incidents.

Kelsey Fyfe is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a rich background in personal training and endurance athletics. Her understanding of the body allows her to tailor treatments to each individual’s needs, combining techniques that enhance recovery and promote long-term wellness.

She tailors her treatments to each individual and is always up for a challenge. Her techniques include deep tissue, trigger point release, active stretching, neuromuscular and facial techniques tied together with flowing swedish massage to achieve treatment goals.

Her treatment styles are tailored for each individual to ensure their needs are met; ranging from Swedish massage to deep tissue. She also offers full body hot stone relaxation massage for those who are just wanting to feel relaxed.

Julia brings a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and physical wellness. Her approach is informed, compassionate, and adaptive, rooted in the belief that health is a dynamic process and that resilience is key. She believes in working collaboratively with her clients—setting clear goals and supporting them through each stage of their wellness journey.

Dr. Amrit Cheema is an in-house chiropractor at Epoch Integrated Health.

Kennedy Yarde is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist at Epoch Integrated Health.

Steph earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy in Australia. She has worked extensively with ICBC and WorkSafeBC patients providing services for active rehab and occupational rehab programs. She helps patients in returning to work by assessing their worksites and providing them with return-to-work strategies and support.

Stephen has a Masters of Physical Therapy, a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and vast experience working as a personal trainer. He is certified in Sports injury taping, Vestibular Therapy, concussion management, and Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy level 1. He believes in a balanced treatment approach focused on functional exercise and programming.

Steph earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy in Australia. Prior to completing her physio degree, Steph worked as a Kinesiologist creating exercise-based programs to assist patients with returning to all aspects of their daily lives. She has worked extensively with ICBC and WorkSafeBC patients providing services for active rehab and occupational rehab programs.
