The clinic was built to maintain the integrity of the 1930's gem, named Dailey (Gaelic for “To Gather Together”) to honor local history. Insurance & Billing
Direct billing available to over 30 private insurance companies. Office is unable to see what your plan covers in advance. Any balance not covered by your policy is due at the time of appointment. Non-RMT massage treatments are NOT covered by extended medical in most circumstances. ICBC: responsible for full cost, discuss with lawyer/adjuster. WorksafeBC: not accepting new claims, existing patients discuss with therapist. MSP: therapists do not directly bill, submit reimbursement via MSP website. Student practitioners cannot submit to medical benefits programs.

Patient Information
Please complete your health intake form online when registering for online booking. An email prompt will follow the night before your appointment if this is not completed. Your RMT practitioner will not be able to start your treatment until these forms are complete and in your file. Mandatory Pre Appointment Screening survey must be completed prior to appointment. Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Facility Details
Parking
Patient parking is available in front of the clinic on Catherwood St or on 2nd Avenue behind the clinic. Parallel parking is encouraged to maximize space. Overflow parking is at the corner of Catherwood and Lougheed. Park ONLY in the spots on the street. Do not use the inset parking lot of the Mission Arts Council.

Located in a residential area. Follow the marked sidewalk to enter through the marked door on the backside of the house. There is a marked step a few feet from the door.

Pricing Information
Non-RMT massage treatments are NOT covered by extended medical in most circumstances. Student practitioners provide relaxation treatments at a discounted rate. No student discounts available. RMTs do not accept tips and are unable to offer refunds for services rendered. Non-RMT massage practitioners are not medical professionals; tipping is optional.
