Insurance & Billing
From ICBC: “The patient is responsible for paying the user fee portion, which they may submit to their private health insurer for consideration of coverage.” Coast Therapy is not able to coordinate the direct submission to extended benefits on behalf of the patient. Patients will need to submit themselves; please check with your extended benefits plan to confirm that you are covered. WorkSafeBC covers visits to a Registered Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Physiotherapist at no cost for injured workers. You must inform your therapist if your visit is related to a workplace injury.Please provide your WSBC claim number and injury details at the time of your visit.Check with your Case Manager regarding approved treatments. Ask for email confirmation of what disciplines and sessions are covered.Any treatment for non-work-related conditions must be billed directly to the patient. Veterans Affairs covers up to 15 one-hour sessions per calendar year at the therapist’s discretion. Additional sessions require authorization from the VAC Treatment Authorization Centre (TAC) and a physician’s referral.

That’s why our physiotherapists invest extra time — often up to 45 minutes — during your initial visit, while keeping the rate the same as a subsequent appointment. This allows us to complete a thorough assessment, understand your unique needs, and create a personalized treatment plan so you get the best possible start to your care journey. Facility Details
Parking
Parkade entrance is in the alley left to the building if you are facing our clinic. Please park only in the spots designated as “Retail.” Be mindful that some spots in the retail area are reserved for surrounding businesses and are labeled accordingly—please avoid parking there. Important: Do not park in the visitor stalls. These are reserved for residential guests, and violators may be towed by the strata. There is multiple free street parking available on surrounding streets.

Your appointment reflects the total time booked with your therapist and may include consultation, assessment, treatment, exercise instruction, home care guidance, and patient education. Longer appointments are available for special circumstances—please speak with our staff to discuss your needs. MSP-Eligible Rate: MSP covers $23; patient pays the remaining balance. All-Inclusive Physiotherapy TreatmentsAt Coast Therapy, we believe in transparent pricing. We never add extra charges for IMS, spinal decompression, or any other treatment modalities used during your physiotherapy session. Your physiotherapy appointment fee includes all assessment and treatment techniques your therapist feels will best support your recovery — no surprises, just comprehensive care tailored to your needs. All-Inclusive Chiropractic TreatmentsAt Coast Therapy, we believe in transparent pricing. We never add extra charges spinal decompression, or any other treatment modalities used during your chiropractic session.
