My experience with Grace Zhang has been exceptional! Each appointment was thorough and very effective. Grace adapted each physio session according to my needs - whether it was dry needling, manual therapy, and/or exercises. My shoulder injury from work ultimately improved a lot quicker than I had anticipated, all thanks to her! I returned to work within a month and still follow her exercises and recommendations to this day :) 10/10!!

I was absolutely blessed by my experience with Champlain Square Physiotherapy. Josh Chao was very professional, attentive, and encouraging. The exercise plan he gave me was created with consideration of my full life as a toddler parent. It was both challenging enough to get my body back to where it needed to be, and accessible enough that I could stay motivated. In only a few weeks I was feeling better than I have in months. The atmosphere at this facility is positive and affirming. The reception staff were competent and pleasant. Would recommend 10/10!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can’t thank Josh and the entire team at Champlain Square Physio enough for the incredible care they gave my 74 year old mom. Josh treated my mom for vertigo and went above and beyond from the very beginning. He had me on the phone to help translate and spoke to me with so much respect and patience. He even took the time to follow up through detailed emails, keeping me updated on my mom’s health, even though he had only met her once. He was determined to help her. Today, when my mom was unwell, Josh and his whole team truly went the extra mile. They not only cared for her immediately but also called me, arranged the ambulance, and stayed with her the entire time while helping the paramedics. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being touched my heart deeply. Josh is not only an excellent physio but also a truly compassionate human being. My most heartfelt thank you to Josh and the Champlain Square Physio team — you made such a difficult day so much easier for our family.
