Cambie Physiotherapy and Health Clinic

As I am visiting this location from last year and I attended few sessions over there, the experience was fine BUT recently 2 days ago on Monday April 28th at 10:30 am, around 10:20am I got a call to change my appointment and told me to come at 10:45 am and I was rushing whole morning to attend this session and when I reached there, at 10:50 am lady who was working came into the room and started the session and I told her that Can i only do half an hour session because I had many other things to do and at 11:20 am I was out from the session. During payment she told me to pay the full payment of one hour event though I only attended half hour session. Why should we pay for extra timing when they were the one who got it late at first I am not free whole day just to get this done, I have many other important things to do but still I understand their thing but atleast they could charge me the amount which was supposed to be, not for their own mistake or late timing. They were pretty rude and it was not professional at all like how they were talking to me as I am a kid!! This was my experience and I will never come back again. THANKYOU.
