Body Mechanics Massage Therapy LTD - Delta

Hello, I was looking for a good massage therapist for 10 years. Last year, I developed some severe pain in my lower legs that made my day uncomfortable especially in the mornings so I really needed to find someone that could actually help me. I read on Google the great reviews of the service at Body Mechanics and thank you for that because I found this place and I am so pleased with the results already. The level of professionalism and knowledge is outstanding (19 years of experience). I am impressed session by session on how thorough, meticulous, methodical, careful, and diligent my RMT is. I can use all the superlatives and still would not cover everything. He remains me of people of Japan, industrious and passionate with a great deal of interest and love about work. I got to an age when I am comfortable to say I want to embrace people like them because they are that special. I would recommend Body Mechanics to everyone who wants to experience the great work of a Healer and the power of healing.

The Body Mechanics is owned by a highly skilled & knowledgeable RMT. I have been seeing the owner for over a decade for treatments and am so happy to see her own this clinic now. There are many other skilled RMTs working here. Excellent reception staff that assist with a smooth booking process. Highly recommend coming here.

Beautiful clinic with lovely and helpful staff. My first time to the clinic and would highly recommend. Had a massage with Kelly so polite, professional and received a great massage. Receptionist was kind and helpful. They provide direct billing. All around a great experience!!

Great clinic. I have my massages with Carla, and she is amazing. She is able to give deep tissue massage, also varying the pressure if it becomes too much. Very good at finding where the tight muscles are, and has very good technique in relieving that pressure. Follows up with exercises that are helpful and relevant to help heal the injury, and /or prevent further injury. I would highly recommend her.

Carla Doyle, our massage therapist for the last few years, is amazing! She is professional, welcoming, friendly and up to date in her practice and skills. Each time we go in for treatment she not only offers relief through massage, she also offers post therapy recommendations to do at home.
