Dr. Elliot Lysyk is the founder of Arise Chiropractic and Wellness. He has a passion for family chiropractic care, focusing on helping people heal naturally and prevent the need for medication, especially for children and families. He previously practiced in Australia and Ireland before settling in Vernon, BC.

Dr. James Mayne grew up in the Okanagan and serves the Vernon community. He previously worked in wellness and sports-based chiropractic clinics in Portland, Oregon. He has been in Vernon for over 14 years and emphasizes wellness care, keeping spines and bodies moving optimally.

Dr. Studer has been a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 30 years, with training from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He focuses on understanding how a body got to its current state and developing a plan for healing, reducing pain, restoring function, and strengthening the body's support system. He has certifications in Chiropractic Spinal Whiplash Trauma and Yoga Teacher Training, and has completed studies in Ayurvedic Medicine and Functional Neurology.

Dr. Keegan Johnston was raised with a holistic mindset and chiropractic care integrated into his family's healthy living routine. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and graduated as valedictorian from Life Chiropractic College West. He is passionate about serving his community and focuses on postural corrective care for health, longevity, and vitality.

Chris McDonald is a passionate advocate for natural healing through massage. He believes in individualized pathways towards optimal healing and sustainable health, staying current on research to provide professional assessments and effective treatments.

Mark Bourcet, born and raised in Coldstream, BC, has a passion for human performance and injury prevention, stemming from his own sports career. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and completed his RMT training in 2021. His goal is to help people regain mobility, improve movement, and move well for as long as possible.

Jenna Cliffe focuses on creating a tailored wellness experience to address client needs and goals, whether for relief from daily grind or relaxing 'me-time'. She aims to make each session unique and personalized.

Courtney Kowalchuk, born and raised in the Okanagan, is passionate about human kinetics and integrative medicine. She offers a deep-tissue flow with active and passive modalities, blending therapeutic techniques into a Swedish massage flow for relaxation and customizable treatments.

Nicole Pateliotes is fascinated by human anatomy and aims to make a difference physically and mentally. She provides thorough assessments and creates treatment plans using active and passive modalities, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage.

Megan Wilson graduated from OVCMT in 2016 and has experience as a supervisor and teacher. Her practice focuses on balancing muscle tension to restore posture, reduce pain, and regain ease of function, using techniques like Myo Fascial, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy, and Osteopathic Techniques.

Wesley Liefke, born and raised in Vernon, BC, is a recent graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and is in the process of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. He is interested in supporting clients with TMJ dysfunction and post-surgical recovery.

Victoria Barry is a recent graduate from OVCMT in Vernon, awaiting board exams to become an RMT. She is excited to help clients achieve a lifestyle with less pain and more relaxation.

Sabine Hagen is a Registered Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. She offers foot and hand treatments using the Manzaneres Method of Reflexology to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote balance.

Cael Dymond provides Manual Osteopathic treatments, aiming to help people overcome health concerns by removing restrictions in motion so that all bodily systems can function efficiently. They hold an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.

Ben Durie is an osteopathic practitioner passionate about helping people move with more ease and less pain. His background in exercise and health sciences, combined with competitive figure skating experience, informs his whole-person approach. He focuses on addressing the root cause of symptoms and often includes exercise and lifestyle strategies.

Cheri Stewart has a degree in Physical Therapy from UBC and over 32 years of experience assisting clients in Canada and the US. She has worked in various settings including private practice, sports medicine, hospitals, and home care. She offers hands-on manual therapy, deep soft tissue bodywork, joint mobilizations, and incorporates strength, flexibility, yoga, and Pilates training.
