I was having trouble finding a chiropractor that worked well for me. I found Bruce Adamson by a stroke of luck when I threw my back out on a weekend. He came in on his day off and started the process of getting me me straightened out again. It took several visits due to the severity. From the first visit I could tell that this was the chiropractor that I'd been looking for. He spent the necessary time to find out exactly why my back was out and where the "weak link" was in my spine and not only addressed that issue, but the secondary issues that were contributing factors. He also took the time to educate me about what was happening and the things that I need to do at home to correct the problem. He's been a great find for me.
I have used Dr Adamson exclusively as my personal chiropractor for at least 5 years. I have found him to be knowledgeable about not only chiropractic but also in naturopathic medicine. Over the process of time we have become friends! I highly recommend you give him a call and have your first visit with him.
Dr. Bruce is very professional, polite and informative. Dr. Bruce uses a variety of techniques and apparatuses which he thoroughly explains what he is doing and why. He gives great advice on stretches and exercises that I can perform at home so I don't have to see him as often. He also is a Naturopathic practitioner which I found to I still confidence in what he says. Dr. Bruce is now my new chiropractor and I look forward to him looking after my every ache and pain.
My four daughters and I have known Dr Adamson for about 25 years and love going to have him look after our bones, as well as learn about our health. He's funny and informative and what he does works! Especially when doing high-end Equestrian activities, we have needed his care to keep us moving and keep us Performing.
Not sure where to start. When I called to make a consultation appointment I was quoted some kind of testing for allergies etc and a spinal check. I gave him my chiropractor report so he could see my xrays. Our appointment was cut short because he had to run off to take his grandson to a dentist appointment so we rescheduled to finish the appointment. Second appointment he does the spinal check uses a vibrating massager on my back and says let's give you some love to relax you and puts it on my butt. Umm what?? The appointment ended and he wanted another $65 on top of the $225 I already paid so I reminded him that he cut our first appointment short and this was to complete that appointment. He said no, I owe more for this one. He will only accept cash and he couldn't remember having my chiropractor results that I left with him because he originally said he was going to do a spinal check. I made another appointment to continue treatment but I felt very nauseated for a couple days afterwards because of that vibrating thing on my back. No idea why it made me nauseated but I was, so I canceled until I could figure out when I would have more money to go back. But now thinking about making another appointment makes me uncomfortable because I really don't want anymore " lovin " from him and he has a pushy personality. I'm a single mom and can't afford to give money away because he forgot that he told me it was included. I am not ok with any of this. Thank you for your reply. During our conversation on the phone when I called for information and to book a consultation, you did tell me a spinal check was included otherwise I wouldn't have brought in my chiropractic report which you still have. And also during our first appointment you told me you had to cut the appointment short for the dentist appointment and you even tried calling your wife to take him so you didn't have to cut our appointment short but you couldn't get ahold of her so you had to leave. So yes the appointment was cut short.
