Naturopathic visits are often covered under extended medical plans. A New Leaf does not direct bill, but offers your receipt with licensing and billing information needed for reimbursement after your appointment.

Patient Information
We call you 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your arrival and send a COVID symptom checklist to ensure the safety of yourself and everyone else in the clinic. We use the Jane App booking system to book your appointment so make sure to check your e-mail and fill in all the information online before your appointment.

Naturopathic doctors are trained to provide primary and integrative medicine, focusing on treating the root cause of disease by supporting the patient's natural healing processes and removing any obstacles. They work closely with patients and their existing medical team to identify the underlying causes of chronic diseases and resolve them. Treatments are customized to suit each patient’s unique lifestyle choices.

Payments are taken after your visit in case you wish to have recommended labs and supplements added onto the appointment fee. To ensure a quick transaction and avoid crowding the waiting area you can leave a credit card number on file for billing purposes.
